The hotel location was great. Close to the station and restaurants area. Gym and sauna was a disappointment though.... It was in a basement and the arrangement was poor that you would not feel like exercising etc. It is a waste because they had good machines and nice sauna.

Got a Japanese-style guest room as a free upgrade, which was a nice touch! The room had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV 🌟.

Good price, good location for Japanese district, Japanese staff in the reception, very friendly staff for a hotel in Germany.
Key system is little strange and takes time to get used for first time users.

The rooms are updated, spacious, and come with 2 twin beds, a work table, and a Nespresso machine. There are nice touches throughout the room. The service at the hotel is terrific, and they offer great facilities including parking outside.

Cleanliness and free wifi internet. Also, all amenities are quite complete for business travellers.
I think breakfast should be included into room rates. I feel better to pay in 1 time instead of paying extra for the breakfast.

The Hotel is well located in Dusseldorf and very close to Train station and many restaurants in the vicinity with various types of food available for any type of person. The Apt room was well adjusted to make comfortable living with out any hinderence to both occupants, the Hotel is very clean, very well maintained and value for money. I will always try to make it to Hotel Asahi when ever I visit Dusseldorf for business.
I will be a good idea for the Hotel management to consider a smoking facility in some apartments rooms that they offer to guests if possible, this is the only draw back that I saw at Hotel Asahi in Dusseldorf.

The room itself was airy and tastefully decorated, providing us with a luxurious and comfortable space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were readily available to answer any questions we had and even provided us with helpful information about the city.
